The apartments
The buyers of this brand new residential complex can choose between studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments at various floors with different exposures. This is the 6th project of an established and reputable chain of vacation complexes.
All units are luxury finished and equipped by the developer at no extra charge! Suitable furniture packages are available upon request.
The first section wil be ready for use for summer 2010 and the second one - for summer 2011. The apartments are for sale on staged payment for 2 years! There are no interests for the instalment payment!

The beach

Location - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
This development is located in the outskirts of Bulgaria's top summer resort - Sunny Beach, only 3km away from fine sandy beaches and plenty of entertainments. The ancient and picturesque Nessebar town, representing part of a world cultural heritage, protected by UNESCO, is at a distance of 7km. The settlement is 15km away from Burgas International Airport and 95km away from the one in Varna.

The most popular summer resort in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach lies a 30 minute drive, some 35km north of Bourgas international airport.
