The Apartments

This project is a true four-star hotel with all the amenities to match. Each apartment will be constructed and furnished to uphold that standart.

There are 220 apartments, spread over 12 floors. Each apartment has one bedroom and consists of a lounge/kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. The layout to each apartment is identical.

Management & Maintenance

There are a number of options for apartment purchase and rental, depending on your preferences:

Option 1 - Guaranteed Rental Option
The purchaser/client can accept the guaranteed rental option which will provide a return of 6% in the years 1-5 and 7% in years 6-10 with the right to renew. This is nett of all utility charges and insurance costs. The owner will have to pay the monthly maintenance charges of 50 euro per month.

Option 2 - Pay Up Front Option - 5% discount
If the client pays up front, he gets guaranteed rental option and 5% discount
